EMS tracks descriptive details and incident reports, creates alerts when vehicles or equipment are due for service, allows managers to easily schedule service, along with assigning technicians to the work orders. Schedules are created in monthly displays which allow the manager to drill down to each day, and further down to each scheduled service event.

EMS is online software running on a MySQL database for speed of use, and accessibility. Regular backup of your information is available, keeping your system safe, and providing you with a full service system without adding to your regular technology costs. The system is loaded with your contact information, company logo and other requirements for work order creation and printable forms. Administrator and Managers can then login to update pricing information, such as hourly rates for equipment and vehicles, with default markup costs. The software also provides a customer area with a separate login allowing your customers to view repair and maintenance history.
